For general inquiries please refer to our website to find useful information. General inquiries will not be treated if an answer can be found on our leaflets in Czech, English and Mongolian language. Thank you for understanding.

Please do not fax, e-mail or send any documents to the Embassy ahead of your application (e.g. invitations), unless you have been explicitly asked to do so by one of our staff member. For organizational reasons, the Embassy is unable to process any documents submitted by you or your sponsor before the personal interview at the Embassy.

All documentation must be submitted by the applicant at the time of the interview.
