Student Mode - a concept for facilitating the visa procedure for a specific group of students from third countries

Effective from March 2020 Mongolian students can apply for long-term study visa and long-term residence permit for study purpose at the Czech universities via „Student Mode“.
On 22 May 2017, the Government of the Czech Republic approved the project "Student Mode" - a concept for facilitating the visa procedure for a specific group of students from third countries. The following provides a basic information.
The project "Student Mode" is the concept of visa facilitation for students-foreigners from selected third countries who are admitted to study at higher education institutions in the Czech Republic.
Czech Embassy in Ulaanbaatar is eligible to receive 20 applications in the „Student Mode“ monthly.
Incase of inclusion in the „Student Mode“ please wait until the Czech Embassy in Ulaanbaatar contacts you with specific appointment date and time.

Students outside „Student Mode“ can still obtain the appointment time using standard registration procedure.
