If you need your signature to be verified on a document, you  must come in person to our office, show your valid passport/ID and sign the document in front of the legalisation officer. Charges are payable in cash or by card.

Please note that verification of signatures on more than two documents cannot be processed as a walk-in service. If you need legalization of more than 2 documents, please make an appointment by phone. 

Our legalisation department does not legalise photocopies of passports, diplomas, certificates etc.

Please note that nostrification of diplomas can be done only by the Department of Education.
