Emergency passports are valid for one one-way journey only. They do not contain biometric data. An emergency passport can be issued in justified cases to Czech citizens who do not possess other travel documents (e.g. they have lost them).

ADULTS (18+)

DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION

1. A document with your photograph (e.g. your last passport, an ID card, a driving license)
2. Other relevant documents which prove your identity (e.g. IDs, a birth certificate, a marriage certificate, etc.)
3. If you cannot provide an ID that would unambiguously prove your identity, you need to bring a witness with their valid passport/ID card who will confirm your identity to us.
4. Two passport-sized photographs (3,5 x 4,5 cm)
5. The application fee (in accordance with current consular rates).
