Consular services (e. g. superlegalisation, authentication of signature, etc.) are available on Monday and Wednesday (by appointment).
Visa services are no longer provided by the Representative Office of the Czech Republic in Ramallah as of 1 February 2020.
Applicants from the West Bank can lodge their applications for Schengen (short-term) visas at the VFS Global office in Ramallah (located on the second floor of the Wall Street Building on Al Maahed Street, Al Masyoun). The applications are then processed via the Czech Embassy in Amman. Applications for long-term visas and permits must be submitted in person at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Amman.
Applicants from the Gaza Strip should lodge their applications at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Cairo.
Residents of East Jerusalem who are holders of travel documents issued by Israel may file their application directly through the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Tel Aviv.
Please note that Jordanian T passports are recognized by the Czech Republic only if they are machine-readable.
