• Ensures the conceptual, methodological, and operational management of the presentation of the Czech Republic,
• Is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs division that is responsible for communicating the agenda for the presentation of the Czech Republic and, within the framework of this agenda, coordinates the activities of other Ministry of Foreign Affairs divisions and central state administrative bodies,
• Ensures the inclusion of the appropriate entities from governmental, nonprofit, academic, and private spheres for the purposes of implementing presentational projects,
• Ensures the operations of the secretariat of the Commission for the Presentation of the Czech Republic pursuant to Government Resolution No. 74 from January 19, 2005 on the Concept for a Unified Presentation of the Czech Republic,
• Ensures the operation and development of the Internet site www.czech.cz,
• Ensures the production of informational and presentational materials on the Czech Republic for the requirements of representative offices,
• Ensures the production of additional information and presentational materials for the ministry,
• In cooperation with the Administration and Information Processing Department, ensures the distribution of information and presentational materials on the Czech Republic at the representative offices,
• Monitors the uniform graphical presentation of materials published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and ensures that they correspond with the unified visual style of the Czech Republic,
• In cooperation with the Department of the Spokesman, ensures the presentation of the Czech Republic in foreign media,
• In cooperation with the Department of the Spokesman and any other relevant departments, participates in the presentation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
• Is responsible for ensuring that resources from the state budget for the purposes of presenting the Czech Republic are used in accordance with valid legal regulations,
• Assigns tasks to the representative offices within the framework of its agenda, and
• Within the framework of its competence, cooperates with the representative offices of foreign countries in the Czech Republic.
