To support foreign employment, Czechia implements several economic migration programs. These programs register interested employers whose future employees file their visa / residency applications in a facilitated manner. For further information, contact the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the programs´ administrator.

Czechia employs foreign workers primarily through the economic migration programs.

The Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Istanbul accepts applications in the following programs:

KEY AND RESEARCH STAFF

	No quota	Intra-Company Employee Transfer Card

	6	Long-term visa for the purpose of entrepreneurship

Applicants included in a program are assigned an appointment by the consulate.

Outside of programs:

The Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Istanbul accepts additional 200 applications for Employee Cards and 6 applications for long-term visa for the purpose of entrepreneurship per year. The yearly quota is distributed evenly to accept applications through the year - applicants schedule appointments by themselves. 

The quotas are legally set and cannot be exceeded.
