Schengen visa applications are handled usually within the following consular hours:

MONDAY                                      09:30-12:30

TUESDAY                                      09:30-12:30

WEDNESDAY                              09:30-12:30

THURSDAY                                  09:30-12:30

FRIDAY                                         09:30-12:30

Please make an appointment at hongkong.consulate@mzv.gov.cz

THE APPLICANT MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BY THEMSELVES. NO THIRD PARTIES (UNLESS IT IS A FAMILY MEMBER) SHOULD BE INVOLVED.

The email must have this form:

Email Subject: Schengen Visa Appointment – applicant’s full name

All email registrations must include:

• applicant´s name and surname,
• applicant´s date of birth,
• applicant´s travel document number,
• purpose of intended stay (study, family reunification, employment, business, sport, scientific research, invitation, etc.),
• applicant´s contact details (HK telephone and email).
• proof of residency in Hong Kong - HK ID number (HK stay permit must be valid at least three months after leaving the Schengen area),
• Number of applicants: (only family members can apply together),

 

 

Please Note:

* make sure the Czech Republic is the main destination before applying for the visa

* applicants will be contacted in 2-3 working days through email. DO NOT obstruct the process by pressing for reply over telephone.

* application will be conducted in English or Czech ONLY.

* passports are kept at the Consulate till the visa is issued. If you need to keep your passport, it must be delivered to the Consulate at least 1 day before the visa issuance day;
