OPERATIONS HANDLED IN VISA SECTION BUSINESS HOURS:

• legalizations;
• registry matters;
• others;

Appointments have to be made via the following e-mail: hongkong.consulate@mzv.gov.cz.

We recommend to make appointments for long-term visa applications at least 3-4 weeks in advance, for Schengen visa 1 month  in advance (and you have to apply for the Schengen visa at least 2 weeks before your travel! - that is 1 month before travelling in total)

REMARKS:

• Business languages of the consular section are English and Czech;
• Passports are kept at the Consulate till the Schengen visa issuance. If you need to keep your passport, it must be delivered to the Consulate at least one working day before the visa issuance day;
• Office is closed on Czech and Hong Kong holidays (see the main page for more info).
