Friday The Office does not receive public on Fridays.

Applicants will be admitted by prior appointment reservation or in case of an emergency.
Applicants without prior appointment will not be accepted.
The Office will not reply to anonymous e-mails.
2026 PUBLIC HOLIDAYS – the Office is closed to public
1 January, 3 - 6 April, 1 May, 8 May, 5 - 6 July, 28 September, 28 October, 17 November, 24 - 26 December
The Office also remains closed to public during Taiwanese public holidays.
