Electronic registration contains an element of randomness. In case of successful registration, the specific date for an appointment will be sent to you via your contact e-mail. The given date is fixed and cannot be changed. If you do attend for the scheduled appointment, your appointment will be considered as invalid and you must apply for a new appointment during the next registration.
Please note that attempts to send registrations in bulk using software tools may be identified as spam by the antispam security of the mzv.gov.cz domain in order to ensure the functionality of the system for all applicants. Such registrations will not be taken into account.
Each e-mail can contain only one adult applicant. If the information requested is incomplete, no appointment will be issued and the e-mail will be discarded as incomplete.
Registration e-mails that have sender-activated functionality of “not being able to send a reply from the mailbox” to which they are delivered will be excluded from registration.
No appointments are offered on Czech national holidays. During Taiwan official holidays, except of those that coincide with Czech national holidays, appointments are offered.
The official languages of the Czech Economic and Cultural Office in Taipei are Czech and English. Applicants for long-term visas and residence permits who cannot communicate in either of these languages need to arrange, at their own expense, an interpreter.
