Please be informed that on April 30, 2023, visa and residence permit agenda of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Warsaw was terminated. Since May 2, 2023, only the Visa Centre of the Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Dresden receives and processes all applications for visas and residence permits within the Schengen area. 

From 1 May 2023 onwards, all applications received from the Schengen area for Czech visas and residence permits are exclusively handled by the Visa Centre of the Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Dresden (Germany).

For these purposes, the e-mail address visa_dresden@mzv.cz has been activated, where applicants are able to request an appointment for submitting an application for a long-term visa or long-term residence permit.
