EMERGENCY TRAVEL DOCUMENTS 0-17
Emergency passports are valid for one one-way journey only. They do not contain biometric data. An emergency passport can be issued in justified cases to Czech citizens who do not possess other travel documents (e.g. they have lost them).
CHILDREN (0 – 17)
Children who are able to sign their own name attend the appointment alongside the parent/other holder of parental responsibility.
If other holder of parental responsibility than a child´s parent submits the application, please see section “Social Services”: <link>
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION
- A valid ID card or a passport of the parent
- A Czech birth certificate of the child where the parent is stated
- If the child does not have a Czech birth certificate, provide the British birth certificate. The parent stated in the British birth certificate has to provide their valid Czech passport or ID card.
- The parent has to be present at the appointment. The child has to be present from the age when they can sign with their surname.
- Two passport-sized photographs (3,5 x 4,5 centimetres)
- The application fee (in accordance with current consular rates).
