Opening of the Exhibition by Czech photographer Jan Svoboda

The Exhibition was opened in the prestigious Photographer´s Gallery in London under the title ”Against the Light” and marks the first major UK presentation of Czech photographer, Jan Svoboda (1934–1990), since his first solo exhibition at the same gallery back in 1982.
The exhibition is curated and was opened by Pavel Vančát, together with Clare Grafik, Head of Exhibitions at The Photographers' Gallery. The Exhibition has been organised in collaboration with the Moravian Gallery in Brno, Czech Republic, Embassy of the Czech Republic and the Czech Centre in London.
