The ceremony was also attended by the representative of the Embassy, Mr Martin Hošek, the Special Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Expatriate Affairs, Mr Jiří Krátký, the Honorary Consul of the Czech Republic in Peterborough, Mr Petr Torák, and the Mayors of Warwick and Leamington Spa, Mr Oliver Jacques and Mr Alan Boad. In addition to the award ceremony, the pupils were treated to a dance and music programme led by FSK Priechodňan.
