The Castle of Štiřín is only 25 km away from Prague. The 18th century Baroque chateau is being offered including its extensive grounds. The castle complex offers accommodation in 64 hotel rooms, divided into five buildings. There are also two restaurants, a wine bar, a dining room, several halls for congresses or cultural events, facilities for sports and relaxation services. The chateau building also includes a chapel. There is also the Atis House with a wellness centre and a castle park with landscaping for golf. The grounds are not used.

The minimum price for this historic building is set at 1 156 000 000 CZK. In order to maximize transparency and public control, the Office for State Representation in Property Affairs has announced the sale through a tender procedure with an electronic auction, which will begin on 26 February 2025 at 12 noon and end on 27 February 2025 at noon.
