To ensure a smooth application process for a Schengen visa, applicants must provide proof of Czech or European health insurance that meets Schengen requirements.

Requirements for the recognition of health insurance for Schengen visas:

 

   The insurance must cover all Schengen countries.

    The insurance coverage must be valid for the entire duration of the stay.

    The minimum coverage amount must be €30,000.

    The insurance must include medical emergencies and repatriation in case of death.

    The insurance policy must be presented in Czech or English.
