Economic Migration Programs

In support of foreign employment, the Czech Republic implements several economic migration programs. These programs register interested employers whose future employees can file their visa / residency applications in a facilitated manner. For further information, contact the Ministry of Industry and Trade that acts as the programs´ administrator.

 

The Czech Republic employs foreign workers primarily through the economic migration programs.

The Czech Embassy in Doha accepts long-term visa / residence permit applications in the following programs:

PROGRAM

HIGHLY QUALIFIED WORKER

Employee Card

Blue Card

KEY AND RESEARCH STAFF

Employee Card

Blue Card

Intra-Company Employee Transfer Card

Residence permit for the purpose of investment

Long-term visa for the purpose of entrepreneurship

Applicants included in a program are assigned application appointment by the consulate.

 

Important - Restrictions concerning applications for Employee Cards submitted by citizens of countries that are not within the territorial jurisdiction of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Doha
