For the film screening in November, we chose the movie "Anthropoid" by British director Sean Ellis. This is a co-production film of Great Britain, the Czech Republic and France based on a true story during the WWII and the military operation that aimed to assassinate the Nazi SS leader Reinhard Heydrich.
R. Heydrich, after Hitler and Himmler, was the third most prominent man of the German Reich, the brain in chief behind the Final Solution regarding Jews, and the leader of the Nazi occupation forces in Czechoslovakia. The brutal rule of this man with a nickname "the Prague butcher," made the Allied forces in London plan a top-secret mission named Operation Anthropoid, which was to be marked in history.
The film will be screened on Monday November 26 at 7:30 p.m. in Husets Biograf.
Due to limited capacity of the cinema, we recommend that you reserve your seat by sending an e-mail to: husetsbio.reservation@mail.dk. Please include the name of the film and the number of reservations desired in the subject line of your e-mail. Entrance fee 50 kr. (cash or MobilePay only).
