HOW TO CONTACT OUR CONSULAR DEPARTMENT:
- PERSONALLY // Tue - Fri: 10.00 a.m. - 11.00 a.m.; please ALWAYS make an appointment by phone or e-mail in advance. In justified cases - on the basis of a prior agreement, it is possible to arrange a personal meeting beyond opening hours.
- BY PHONE // Mon - Fri: between 8.30 a.m. - 10.00 and 13.00 - 16.00
- BY E-MAIL // If you have any question or you have not been successful in your telephone contact with us, please, send us an e-mail.
It is possible to pay administrative fees for consular services both in cash, and by credit card.
