Following the Article 33 of the Decree of the Minister of Foreign Affairs No. 83/1973 Coll., on the Consular Convention between the Czechoslovak Republic and the Czech Republic, Embassy of the Czech Republic in Warsaw the same as Czech Honorary Consulates in Poland are authorized to verify signatures of citizens of the Czech Republic ONLY. Valid Czech ID Card needs to be presented.

Verification of signature of any foreigner might be provided at the territory of the Czech Republic at any of the Czech POINT office - the list of the empowered offices.

Verification of compliance of a copy of a document with the original can be done at our Consulate regardless of the nationality of the applicant.
