The launch of the European Travel Authorization and Information System (ETIAS) is currently planned for 2025. The ETIAS system will make it possible to obtain a permit to enter the territory of the European Union and other countries of the Schengen area for citizens from over 60 visa-exempt countries in case of short-term stays (up to 90 days).
