In line of the Art. 20 of the European Commnunities Treaty on the Consular Protection of the Citizens of the EU Member States, all EU Member States citizens have the right to enjoy consular protection by any EU Member State Embassy or Consulate. In April 2011, the European Commission has published a Consular Protection Presentation that contains all necessary informations in all official languages of the EU.
