Send e-mail to address: tehran.consulate@mzv.gov.cz with the following information:

1. Name and surname

2. Type of legalization procedure: signature legalization

3. Number of signatures which will be verified

4. Phone number

Subject line of the email should be only "Signature verification appointment request"

Without this information it is not possible to receive an appointment.

The person whose signature is being verified must be present and he/she should bring a valid passport or ID card. If not obvious from the signed document please prepare also your full address in English or Czech including the ZIP code.

Documents are ready for pick-up the following working day during pick-up hours  (11:00-12:00). Should the process take longer, you will be informed by phone in advance.
