Airport transit visa is issued to persons transiting through one of the Czech international airports if they are citizens/holders of travel documents of the following states:

Armenia
Bangladesh
Chad
Congo (DR)
Cuba
Egypt
Eritrea
Ethiopia
Ghana
India
Iran
Iraq
Kyrgyzstan
Lebanon
Libya
Mali
Mauretania
Nigeria
Niger
Pakistan
Palestinian National Authority
Somalia
South Sudan
Sri Lanka
Sudan
Syria
Turkey
Turkmenistan
Yemen
Following categories of persons are exempt from the requirement to apply for an airport transit visa:
holders of a Schengen (short-stay) visa
holders of a long-stay visa or long-term residence permit
holders of a residence permit in Andorra, Canada, Japan, San Marino and the United States
holders of a visa for stay in the states of the EEA and in Canada, Japan and the United States
family members of EU citizens
holders of diplomatic passports
crew members who are citizens of States Parties of the ICAO
Airport transit visa is issued for one entry or two entries. Its maximum duration is six months.
Airport Transit Visa Application Requirements:

supporting documents proving
continuation of journey to the final destination (for example air plane ticket or visa to the final destination – if required)
documents/information on the intention not to enter the territory of the Czech Republic / Schengen Area
