To submit a long-term visa / residence permit application, please contact the Embassy of the Czech Republic in New Delhi. 

To submit a Schengen visa application, contact the visa center in Mumbai.

Applicants submit Schengen visa applications in visa centers. Directly at consulate apply only family members of EU citizens, holders of diplomatic or service (official) passports, members of official delegations, or persons travelling in urgent humanitarian situations. These categories of applicants can still choose to submit their applications in visa centers. To submit a Schengen visa application directly at consulate, schedule you appointment by e-mail at mumbai.visa@mzv.gov.cz.
