Registered applicants who received above mentioned numbers when registering for the lottery on November 29. 2024 may submit their applications on following dates:

No other appointments will be provided in the first Quarter of 2025. Not coming to submit an application on the set date means losing an appointment. No other appointment will be provided should the applicant not come to submit an application.

The applications are to be submitted at the Embassy (not at the Visa Center).

Please be advised to arrive at 9 AM with the necessary documents.

Please note that the applicant will not be informed about the specific date for submitting the application in any other way.

Please kindly bring the receipt with the number that you received on November 29, 2024 when registering to the Electronic Draw.

Applicants are strongly advised to read the instructions carefully and ensure they bring all required documents. Please refer to this page for detailed information on what documents are needed for the application.

Those who registered and their numbers are not shown above, were not successful in the Electronic Draw of the processed registrations and cannot submit their Employee Card applications in the first Quarter of 2025. It is possible to register next time when the Embassy announces new date for registration for the Electronic Draw to arrange for an appointment to submit an Employee Card application outside Qualified Employee Program.
