Employee cards and seasonal work visa appointment registration system - next round of appointment request submissions

Kindly pay attention to the employee cards and seasonal work visa registration system. Next round of appointment request submissions will be launched on 15th October 2024.

Electronic registration for those interested in making an appointment to apply for an employee card or seasonal work visa will take place on 15th October 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Zambian local time) under the conditions listed below, via the e-mail box lusaka.work@mzv.gov.cz. In this round of applications, the appointment date will be assigned to 3 (three) applicants only.

Conditions for sending a registration e-mail

1. e-mail registration will take place on the above date and time. E-mails that are delivered to the lusaka.work@mzv.gov.cz e-mail box before the start of the registration or after it ends will not be taken into account or will be excluded from further processing. We recommend sending e-mails in the first hours designated for registration, not at the end of it.

2. each applicant can send only one email. If multiple e-mails are sent for one applicant on a given date, he/she will be automatically removed from registration, even if the e-mails are sent from different e-mail addresses.

A scan of this residence permit must be sent in PDF format in the registration e-mail together with other attachments.

When submitting the application itself, identical documents must be submitted that were sent during registration, otherwise the registration is invalid.

Please note that attempts to mass send registrations using software tools may be evaluated as spam by the anti-spam software of the mzv.gov.cz domain in order to ensure the functionality of the system for all applicants, as a result of which such registrations will not be taken into account. Registration e-mails for which the sender has activated the impossibility of replying in a copy of the registration e-mail will be excluded from registration.

If the above requirements and conditions are not fulfilled, the registration is invalid and will not be taken into account, or will be excluded from processing without further response from the applicant.

Electronic registration contains an element of randomness. In case of successful registration, the applicant will be informed of the specific date of application submission by e-mail sent to the contact e-mail address specified in the order.

The assigned appointment date and time is fixed and cannot be changed under any circumstances.
