The Embassy of the Czech Republic in London accepts requests for appointments by email only. Appointments via phone are not processed. 

How to make an appointment for a short term Schengen Visa (stay up to 90 days)

If you wish to apply for a Schengen visa, you need to book an appointment in advance. Applications can be lodged no more than six months and no later than 15 calendar days before the start of the intended visit.
