• Schengen visa – applicant must be family member of EU citizen given in points (1) – (5) in this article

• Long-term visa for family purpose

• Long-term visa for purpose of studies – applicant must be enrolled in university studies in an accredited program or recipient of one of the following stipends: (1) stipend based on international agreements provided by the Ministry of Education, (2) stipend program of the Ministry of Education, (3) stipend program of the EU, (4) stipend based on Czech Government decision (language courses, unaccredited programs, middle/high school studies or conservatoire are not included)

• Special work visa – for applicants residing in Ukraine

• Long-term residence permit for family unification purpose

• Long-term residence permit for scientific research purpose

• Employee card – applicant must be citizen of Ukraine + participant in one of the economic migration programs + must not have been issued temporary protection or international protection by the Czech Republic (*)

• Blue card or Intra-Company Employee Transfer Card – applicant must be citizen of Ukraine + must not have been issued temporary protection or international protection by the Czech Republic(*)

• Permanent residence permit – applicant must have a compatriot status

• Diplomatic or special visa issued to diplomatic mission staff and long-term visa for their family members

• Other for stays in the interest of the Czech Republic

(*) These application may only be filed by citizens of Ukraine, not by citizens of third countries residein in Ukraine.
