Applicants with multi entry request shall prove that they are in possession of adequate and valid travel medical insurance covering the period of their first intended visit.

When travelling based on an invitation officially verified by the Alien Police Service, the insurance coverage referred to therein pertains only to the territory of the Czech Republic. Applicants are therefore requested to arrange coverage for the entire Schengen Area confirming to the above specifications.
