To book an appointment, request should be sent by e-mail to a dedicated address as per below. All other correspondence, including queries regarding appointments, should be addressed to: islamabad.consulate@mzv.gov.cz
E-mails not addressed correctly or emails with attachments larger than 10 MB will be disregarded and left without a reply.
