
Czech Space Week

Czechia will host the Czech Space Week focused on space industry. The key event will be Space2Business, industrial day for space companies combined with an international conference. The Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs will organize a seminar on “Space cooperation potential with the Indo-Pacific”.
From 28 November to 2 December 2022, Czechia will host the fifth year of Czech Space Week, the largest Czech event focused on space industry. The opening and key event is Space2Business, held on 28-29 November at the Prague Congress Centre. It is an industrial day of space companies combined with an international conference, including B2B sessions, trade fair and rich programme for visitors interested in innovative space technologies. The aim is to promote entrepreneurship in the space industry and create business partnerships.
In addition, in collaboration with the Ministry of Transport, the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs is organizing a seminar on “Space cooperation potential with the Indo-Pacific” on the afternoon of 30 November 2022, focusing on the effective use of space applications to prevent natural disasters. Speakers from several ASEAN partner countries will attend the seminar. The events organized within Czech Space Week represent one of the priorities of the Czech EU Presidency and we would welcome the participation of space agencies, relevant government institutions and companies that are active in this field or can benefit from space technologies and applications in areas such as mobility, energy, etc. To register for the MFA seminar on cooperation with the Indo-Pacific countries please contact Mr. Jan Juchelka from the Asia and Pacific Department.
