The Czech Office for Government Representation in Property Affairs offers for sale U Hybernů Palace, a beautiful historical building located in one of the most prestigious areas of Prague.
Czechia is offering the The U Hybernů Palace, a beautiful historical building located in one of the most prestigious areas of Prague near the Municipal House and the Powder Tower. The palace is named after the Irish Franciscans. In the 19th century it was rebuilt as a customs office for the Austrian Empire and after a major reconstruction in 2006 it became a theater. Today, the Hybernia Theatre is in use presenting musicals, concerts and other theatrical performances.
It is mandatory to register for the tour (5th March at 10 a.m. or 19th March at 2 p.m.).
The electronic auction will take place from 25 March 2025, 12.00 (noon) until 26 March 2025, 12.00 (noon). Starting price: 447 000 000 CZK. Minimum increment of bids: 50 000 CZK. The term for the deposit of 15 000 000 CZK is 24th March 2025 until 11.59 p.m.
