The Czech Office for Government Representation in Property Affairs offers for sale Štiřín Chateau, an extraordinary area close to Prague.
Czechia is offering the exceptional grounds of Štiřín Castle only 25 km from Prague for sale in an electronic auction. The 18th–century Baroque chateau is being offered including extensive grounds. The chateau complex offers accommodation in 64 hotel rooms, divided into five buildings. There are also two restaurants, a wine bar, a dining room, several social halls (for congresses or cultural events), facilities for sports and relaxation services. The chateau building also includes a chapel. There is also the Atis House with a wellness centre and a chateau park with landscaping for golf. The complex is not in use.
It is mandatory to register for the tour. The term for the deposit of 20 000 000 CZK is 21 January 2025 until 11.59 p.m. The electronic auction will take place from 22 January 2025, 12.00 (noon) until 23 January 2025, 12.00 (noon).
