The Czech Office for Government Representation in Property Affairs (UZSVM) offers potential investors the sale of the “Štiřín Chateau” in an electronic auction (December 10 – December 11, 2025).
This 18th–century Baroque chateau, only 25 km from Prague, is being offered including extensive grounds. The chateau complex offers accommodation in 64 hotel rooms, divided into five buildings. There are also two restaurants, a wine bar, a dining room, several social halls (for congresses or cultural events), facilities for sports and relaxation services. The chateau building also includes a chapel. There is also the Atis House with a wellness centre and a chateau park. The complex is not in use.
The term for the deposit of 20 000 000 CZK: 9th December 2025 until 1159 p.m.
Starting price: 720 000 000 CZK.
Minimum increment of bids: 50 000 CZK.
