The so-called Little Summer Festival ("Den lille Sommerfestival") celebrating the beauty of Baroque music will take place in Southern Jutland from 2 to 31 July. Czech artists can be seen as part of a Danish-German-Czech colaboration project.
The summer festival celebrates the beauty of baroque music with the aim of intercultural connecting artists across generations and localities, where the key link is the admiration for this important part of music history. The motto is: "Bach with friends on the border between Denmark and Germany".
The Czech Republic will be represented by married couple Petra and Aleš Ambrosi (oboists) and Ondřej Šindelář (trombonist). Concerts of Czech artists will take place from 5 to 9 July, as a part of a Danish-German-Czech cooperation project. Violinist Peter Spišský will take part over the musical direction.
