Winemaker Jaromír Gala focuses on working with soil and wine as a natural product. He produces dry wines, as well as sects using a traditional method of bottle fermentation. Jaromír Gala presented his wines to the guests who accepted the invitation of the Czech ambassador, among them wine distributors and sommeliers from some of the top Danish restaurants.
