On Sunday 13 September 2009, the Czech Ambassador Zdeněk Lyčka took part in the 35th jubilee of Autoklub Škoda DK in Taastrup
In his speech he mentioned more than 100-year-old history of car production at the Czech territory and the Škoda cars tradition in Denmark.
