Ambassador´s welcome speech

On October 29 th, 2007, Mr. Jan Boruvka, Secretary General of the Association of Czech Estate Offices, visited Denmark, where he addressed members of the Danish-Czech Business Forum and representatives from the Danish property business, i.a., his Danish counterpart, Mr. Steen Winther-Petersen. In his presentation Mr. Boruvka gave an overview on investment opportunities in industrial and commercial real estate, as well as in residential and leisure properties in the Czech Republic. He explained about the relevant Czech legislation and gave examples of price levels while stressing the importance of the location. After the presentation Mr. Boruvka made meeting appointments with members of the audience and gave an interview to the Danish business daily Børsen.
