On 18 th - 19 th of September 2007 the Czech Ambassador, Mr. Ivan Jančárek, accomplished a series of meetings in Jutland. The Ambassador had fruitful meetings with Mr. Bent Hansen, Chairman of the Regional Council of Mid-Jutland and Chairman of the Association of Danish Regions, in Viborg, and with the Mayor of Holstebro, Mr. Arne L ægaard, who presented Nupark, the municipal business development centre of North-Western Jutland. Furthermore, the Ambassador participated in a meeting with four Rotary Clubs in Esbjerg, where he gave a lecture on the issue The Czech Republic - an Attractive Country in Central Europe. The Ambassador also visited Steelcon A /S in Esbjerg, largest EU steel chimney manufacturer; Grene Kramp Holding A/S in Skjern, Europe-wide distributors of agricultural equipment and spares; and Faerch Plast A/S in Holstebro, manufacturers of packaging for the foods industry.
