The state is offering an attractive building for sale in the center of Prague – the U Hybernů Palace. Interested buyers can participate in an online auction taking place from March 25 at 12 (noon) to March 26 at 12 (noon), 2025. The starting price is 447,000,000 CZK.
The U Hybernů Palace is a beautiful historical building located in one of the most prestigious areas of Prague, near the Municipal House and the Powder Tower. The palace is named after the Irish Franciscans. In the 19th century, it was converted into a customs office for the Austrian Empire, and after a major reconstruction in 2006, it became a theater. Today, the Hybernia Theatre is in use hosting musicals, concerts, and other theatrical performances.
