Main requirements for transformation project proposals are as follows:

1) Project proposals must be in accordance with the Concept of Support for Human Rights and Transformation Cooperation. Projects may focus on the following areas:

- support for human rights defenders;

- support for civil society;

- support for freedom of expression and the media;

- support for electoral rights and political and public participation;

- support for the building of institutions of the rule of law;

- support for equality and non-discrimination.

2) The project should be implemented by a local non-governmental entity or a branch of an international non-governmental organization.

3) The project duration is a maximum of 8 months, with an expected start in March 2026 and completion by October 31, 2026.

4) The maximum budget is 500,000 CZK, the minimum is 100,000 CZK (actual rate is 1 USD = 21.142 CZK).

Proposals should be submitted on the due identification form in English (see attachment). The completed form is provided with the name and signature of the authorized person, and possibly also with a stamp. The deadline for sending proposals is November 27, 2025 electronically to beirut@mzv.gov.cz.
