On 06.04.2026 from 10:00 to 16:00 (Beijing local time), registration for receiving employee card applications will take place for the period (for the period 04-06/2026)
1. Send your request for an appointment on the above-mentioned day during the above-mentioned time to the email address: Beijing.Appointment@mzv.gov.c
2. In the email subject line, state: passport number.
3. In the email body, state in Latin script: full name (as stated in travel document) and purpose of stay.
4. Attach the following to the email (in .pdf format): scan of passport data page, scan of document regarding purpose of stay, and scan of valid residence permit (in case of third-country nationals).
5. Applicants who are not citizens of countries falling within the territorial jurisdiction of the Czech Embassy in Beijing must also attach a document proving that they have been permitted to reside in a country within the embassy's territorial jurisdiction for at least the previous two years. If residence cannot be proven, the applicant must submit the application in their home country.
6. 1 applicant = 1 email. Send only one email. Only one applicant can be registered per email.
7. Your email will be electronically processed by a system based on a random element.
8. The following emails will be excluded from registration:
i) emails not sent in the format according to point 2,
ii) emails that do not contain attachments according to point 4,
iii) emails with which the applicant attempts to register multiple applicants at once**,

9. Wait for confirmation. The Embassy will inform you within 7 days whether an appointment has been allocated or not.
10. If you do not receive confirmation of appointment allocation within 7 days, it means that your request for an appointment was not selected by the random-element-based system or was not sent in accordance with registration conditions.
11. The allocated appointment cannot be changed. If you fail to appear, your appointment is forfeited.
Number of applications accepted for the given period: 90
*The stated email addresses are intended exclusively for booking visa/residence application submissions and are not for general communication or answering inquiries. **Attempts at mass sending of registrations using software tools may be evaluated as spam by the mzv.cz domain's antispam system in the interest of ensuring system functionality, as a result of which such registrations will not be considered.
"Most Common Errors/FAQ":
1. In the subject line, state only the passport number. No other characters are accepted (Re., Fwd:, etc.)
2. Email registration will take place on the above-mentioned date. Emails delivered to the Beijing.Appointment@mzv.gov.cz mailbox before the start of booking or after its end will not be considered or will be excluded from registration. The decisive factor is the time of email delivery to the mailbox.
3. Due to cybersecurity measures of the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we recommend sending emails in the first hours designated for booking, not at its conclusion.
4. Each applicant may send only one email. If multiple emails are sent for one applicant during the given deadline, they will be automatically excluded from registration, even if the emails are sent from different email addresses.
5. The email application attachment must ONLY include copies of the following documents exclusively in PDF format:
scanned copy of the applicant's passport data page
scan of employment contract
6. Citizens of countries other than PRC/consular district of the Czech Embassy in Beijing may participate in registration only if they have been long-term residents in PRC/consular district of the Czech Embassy in Beijing for more than 2 (two) years based on a long-term residence permit. A scan of this residence permit must be sent in PDF format in the registration email along with other attachments.
7. Registration emails where the sender has activated the inability to reply via copy to the registration email will be excluded from registration.
