Ordering for legalization of documents (i.e. official verification of signatures or official verification of copies of documents) can be done in two ways:

- via e-mail address (recommended method): Baku.Consulate@mzv.gov.cz

- or by phone via phone number: +994 102 304 741 (every Thursday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM)

To perform the authentication and legalization of documents at the consulate (i.e. official verification of signatures and official verification of copies of documents), a prior order is a basic requirement; the consulate provides these services to the public every Thursday, only to clients who have made a prior order.

Czech POINT: The Consular Department of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Baku is not a "contact point of public administration", therefore it does not have access to the Czech POINT database and for this reason it does not have the opportunity to provide services to the public through this database.
