Documents that could not be delivered to the addressee by handover, through a postal service operator or in another appropriate manner at the usual place pursuant to the provisions of Section 169b, paragraph 4 of Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the stay of foreigners in the territory of the Czech Republic and on amendments to certain acts, as amended, are published on the Official Bulletin Board of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Baku.

In accordance with this provision of Act No. 326/1999 Coll., the document is published for a period of fifteen days in a manner enabling remote access and is considered delivered on the fifteenth day after publication.

The electronic form of the document is therefore published in the "Document" item within fifteen days and is removed from this item after fifteen days.
