Olympic Match: Cheer on Czechia
12.02.2022 / 09:00
The Czech Embassy will host the most anticipated hockey match of the 2022 Olympic Games, the Czech Republic versus the Russian Olympic Committee, on Saturday, February 12, 2022, at 8 am.
Former 15 NHL season Boston Bruins center David Krejčí will lead the hockey team in Beijing. The 24-man hockey crew also includes NHL veterans Chicago Balckhawks’ Michael Frolík, St. Louis Blues’ Vladimír Sobotka, and Calgary Flames’ Roman Červenka. Come cheer for the powerhouse lineup inside the Embassy’s main hall on the big screen!
Show your spirit, enjoy Czech beer, practice your ice-hockey skills in our outside "arena," and compete in trivia to win trading cards autographed by Washington Capitals’ defenseman Michal Kempný. Current NHL players are not participating in the Olympic Games 2022.
