Bring your friends and family for a special screening of director Jan Svěrák’s "Three Brothers" (Tři bratři). The story, filled with humor and songs, follows three brothers as they embark into the world and magically venture into famous fairy tales (Little Red Riding Hood, Sleeping Beauty, and Twelve Months), encountering unexpected moments of love and adventure along the way.
Nominated for the revered Czech Lion Awards for best film, director, and screenplay, the film garnered Czech Lions for best costume, make-up and art direction. (2014, 86 min., Czech with English subtitles)

About the series: This marks the sixth year of the Film and Beer Series at Bistro Bohem. This year, the series focuses on Czech musicals and comedies of the twentieth century. All films will screen in Czech with English subtitles. Each screening includes one free beer as well as an introduction by a representative from the Czech Embassy. All screenings are subject to change.
