Today, the factory, bulit on a desolate meadow in Ulaanbaatar, is producing three types of breads, respectively weighing 500-700 grams, under brand names Praga, Tugs (Perfect) and Shimt (Nutritious). The bakery bakes a ton of bread per hour and is able to bake up to 23 tons per day during continuous operation.

The entire production is fully automated, thus, it requires presence of only three operators for full operation. One takes care of the preparation of the kneaders, the other is responsible for the proper operation of the shaping, baking, leavening and cooling system. The third operator operates the package with the cutter. They also grind the main raw material for the production of bread,  such as flour, themselves in the Czech Prokop mill.

The entire bakery project includes the supply of a complete technology for a fully automated line for the production of oval rye-wheat bread. At the same time, the equipment supply was provided mostly by Czech companies. The kiln was supplied by Liberecké strojírny, the air conditioning was supplied by Agtek, and Svam supplied the system of cooling conveyors, which was assembled and installed by Haku. Certuss and Aquina supplied steam and water treatment equipment. The central part of the technological unit, a belt furnace with an output of 680 kW, was supplied by the company J4, which is carrying out the project management.

In addition to the main bread production line, the project involved the supply of some parts of the equipment baked roll production line, which is thus being offered on the Mongolian market for the first time. The financing of the project with a total value of 3 million EUR was provided by ČSOB with the support of the state insurance company Czech Export EGAP.
