
Ambassador visited Erdenet

On 19-20 February 2018 Czech Ambassador Jiří Brodský visited Erdenet, the third largest city in Mongolia where the Czech developer company Finep is implementing a project for the construction of apartment buildings.
The first day of the visit began with the member of the Board of Directors of Finep, Pavel Rejchrt and chariman of the Czech-Mongolian parliamentary group of friends, Nyambaatar, for a mortgage loan system. Upon arrival in Erdenet, the Ambassador visited the newly established Science and Technology Park, where he discussed with the director Batsaikhan the conditions for Czech companies wishing to do business in the field of energy saving and environmental protection. In the evening was held a meeting with Finep's management and a tour of residential buildings built by a Czech investor.
The next day, the Ambassador with the governor of the Orkhon province and Mayor of Damba Batlut negotiated the terms of the contract between the city and Finep and other plans to expand the housing development project, as well as the possibility of building a mass-market and other activities of Czech companies in Orchon Province. He aslo met Mrs. Ariunaa Sh., President of Erdenet building company, Master Engineering as well as New Eco Energy company´s director Jigjidsuren Batbold, who are preparing an extensive purchase of Czech mining and transport equipment for coal mines.
